How do I become a member?
In order to become a member of the Investor Nexus you must certify that you are an active investor. You can accomplish this one of two ways:
- Experience & Liquidity - demonstrate a minimum level of experience by showing that you have owned or still do own at least 3 investment properties and that you currently maintain liquidity of $50,000.
- Participation & Liquidity - successfully close on an investment property that has been marketed on the public tier of Investment Riches and demonstrate that you currently maintain a minimum liquidity of $50,000. Apply for membership now.
How does the Investor Nexus make money?
The Investor Nexus is managed independently of the main elements of Investment Riches, but is still part of the Investment Riches platform. Unlike other real estate investment groups, there is no advertising revenue or membership fee. All services provided in the Nexus are offered at no cost to the investor members. However, the partnership with iRiches Real Estate, LLC generates referral fees, and in some instances, real estate commissions from the transactions associated with the Exclusive Investment Opportunities presented in the Nexus. Those real estate activities and the revenue generated are the sole business of iRiches Real Estate, LLC.
